MACROMECCANICA uses NC equipment supported by state-of-the-art CAD/CAM systems that can mill up to 13,500 mm in length and lathe up to 3,340 mm in diameter vertically.

The availability of machinery having important sizes and capacities, combined with the skills gained in numerous sectors, are our strengths in terms of competitiveness and service quality, which have allowed us to acquire customers from all over Italy and abroad.

Since our incorporation, our production has diversified into the following industrial sectors:

• Hydro-electric energy

Production and repair of individual parts and full revamping of entire hydraulic equipment. ◦

• TURBINE SETS (Francis, Pelton, Kaplan).
• LOCK FITTINGS (rotary valves, butterfly vales, shut-off valves, etc).
• OIL & GAS:

Based, among others, on a well-established experience in the processing of super-alloys such as INCONEL 617,INCONEL 718, INCONEL 825 we produce:

• Turbogas parts: conveyors, turbo-compressor disks, fittings for combustions chambers, discharge diffusers, diaphragms, shrouds, rings …
• Water distributor cooler parts for gasifiers
• Centrifugal pump parts: basements, cases, covers
• Ball valve parts: cases, bodies, covers • Aerospace: Machining of structural parts up to 3,300 mm in diameter.
• Paper Industry:
  • Our production can range from the construction of individual parts up to whole lines for paper industries. In this case, we preassemble the whole structure in our factory, where we test all assembled parts for functional operation.
• Operating machinery: We produce structural parts for operating machinery in several industrial sectors: drilling, earthmoving, hoisting equipment, etc. Our decades-long experience in the construction of large-size mechanical frames allows us to execute this type of productions ensuring competitive prices, product quality and efficiency.
• Steel:
  • Our products include structural components for steel plants and large-size fittings for forging plants: die holders, dies, matrices, punches, etc.
• Chemical/Petrochemical: We manufacture parts for pressure equipment, heat exchangers, ABS Polymer Reactors, etc.
• Machine tools: We manufacture structural parts for sheet metal working equipment (shearing, pressing and bending machines and calanders), basements and large-size fittings for chip-removal equipment.
